Life is a brilliant gift from God, but we know it can be difficult sometimes. 

Our Pastoral Care Team is in place to support you during these tough times and are available to serve through:

• Offer of a listening ear.
• Prayer.
• Home and hospital visits.
• Transport to important appointments (where no other options are available).
• Short-term meals support. Our Meals Team criteria (e.g. new baby, post-op, bereavement, long-term carers).
